About me
Hali holds a bachelor’s in health science and is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, certified birth and postpartum doula, certified holistic sleep coach, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and yoga and barre instructor. She has a particular interest in women’s functional medicine and nutrition and received a certificate from Integrative Institute for Nutrition and Integrative Women’s Health Institute. Hali enjoys helping parents build self confidence during the postpartum period with her deep knowledge and compassionate, sincere disposition.
