I graduated from the Citadel Masters program with a M.A. in Clinical Counseling and pursued further training in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy upon completion.
In the last decade, I began my own private practice, established a mindfulness based virtual company, and have been active in my alma mater as a speaker and guest lecturer on mindfulness and clinical practice. Featured in local magazines, articles, and other community events, I am often asked to share wisdom & teachings with those around me.
I am professionally trained and an avid learner, but what informs my practice most is my old soul wisdom, my unique intuition, and deep understanding of the power of mind-body connection.

Coming from a family of designers, I too was going to pursue a creative field. After having my first spiritual awakening in high school, I shifted gears and felt a deeper calling towards helping others. It took me a while to arrive at where I am today helping individuals in both online and in person coaching forums, but when I arrived I knew that my number one goal was effectiveness.
My deep seated belief that life is meant to be easeful, joyful, and designed on your own terms drives my passion to help others break free from limiting beliefs, patterns, and trauma's that keep them from living their most rewarding life. Our bodies and our beings are incredibly wise and when you learn how to tap into your own great knowing, work with yourself and not against yourself, life will reward you with ease and opportunity that makes living fun again.
"Inspirational, soulful, warm, down to earth, and relatable, she strikes the balance of making heavy transformational work feel light. She is someone you respect and trust almost instantly simply through her powerful yet quiet and playful presence."
"She has a gift for bringing the light out in others through powerful reframing, skillful education of the body, energy systems, intuition, and cognitive psychology, and supporting true core transformation. "
"Hallie is much more than a Licensed Professional Counselor, she is an inspirational lifestyle coach and soulful educator."
Relationship matters. It is okay to change your mind. Even if someone you go to was recommended by someone you care about and respect, but when you arrive it does not feel right- LISTEN. Listen to your intuition ABOVE all else. Working on yourself in a collaborative way is not meant to be someone else telling you how to live your life, but rather helping you to clear the noise so that you can return to your own inner guidance.
You have a right to ask questions, speak your mind, clarify things that you don't understand or don't feel right.
Therapy and coaching can be effective if you are with the right person and you are able to show up authentically and honestly.
