Tantra is a way of existing energetically in the world. I teach clients survival strategies that I use to integrate my PTSD and CPTSD symptoms into my own life of LOVE, EASE, GRACE and FLOW. We are conscious creators of our experiences. Everything else is a sub category and ALSO not who you are.

A Men's work Tantric Life Coach coached me into how to transition smoothly from a life of struggle and risk, into understanding the goddess that I was. he was able to introduce me to a non religious and visceral spiritual techology that truly and quickly changed the way I moved with clients and through my life towards instant and much needed peace. 7 years ago was one great breakthrough transition in my life and recently, LAST MONTH is another, I discovered the connection to my CPTSD and MY child neglect and emotional abuse and how it affects my current life in ways I suddenly was able to piece together for myself and in ways that I can put together for other survivors. I'm here to hold space for the healing of the inner child in all of us.

its all about relaxing and allowing, saying yes and saying yes again. not needing a destination or outcome. that alone is g reat shift for a lot of people. Its great when you have a clear inention however, together we move towards that light. We breathe a lot and connect our souls. Be open. Be teachable. My work is spirituality, emotional intelligence, science and free spirited.
