Hi! My name is Heather Creson and I'm a massage and bodywork specialist, fitness trainer, and nutrition coach dedicated to helping you heal better, feel better, and be your best!
I began my career almost two decades ago in the massage and bodywork industry, which gave me a great entrance into the world of holistic therapies and healing modalities.
Though I've had wonderful educational opportunities, my greatest learning experiences have come from working with each of the clients who have trusted me to be a part of their healing process.
