About me
About me
I grew up believing that my body wasn't good enough and thought that dieting was the answer. While trying to figure out how to lose weight and find the diet that would actually work, I developed an eating disorder. I was just a teenager when my disordered eating patterns started, but it followed me well into my mid-twenties. Tired of always worrying about my body I began a journey to find what healthy meant to me. So, I became a Health Coach and began to help other women with their eating challenges.
