I am a certified life coach and informed trauma recovery coach with 10 years of studying human connections, relationships and codependency. I have decades of lived experience that allows me to have a deeper understanding of where my clients are emotionally. I have helped hundreds of women over 40 with my unique approach to emotional healing after divorce, break up or emotional burn out. I work with you and provide a strategic path forward with goal setting and emotional healing that will provide self-acceptance, self-awareness, and self-worth.
