Hi, I'm Holly. My journey began when I was 20 years old, seeking practices that could help me simply "feel better." I feel so grateful that my discoveries led to not just simply feeling better, but feeling excited, alive and light. Over the past 14 years, I have studied a blend of energy healing practices, including shamanic medicine, soul coaching, breathwork, meditation, hatha yoga and kundalini yoga . Our sessions together apply a mixture of these modalities along with intuitive messages meant for YOU.
