Learning Self-Hypnosis is an excellent first step.
There are also many ways you can approach healing your anxiety through hypnotherapy. You can begin to observe it. Have a conversation with it. Learn to work with it in ways that will support you moving forward. Or get rid of it all together! You can even begin healing it at the root source aka when you first experienced it (likely before the age of 7) and then begin to reprogramming from there.

The pre-surgery so important because it sets the INTENTION of powerful healing. It gets the mind + body on board with what needs to happen before, during and after surgery. It can even calm the spirit if you have to go under anesthesia.
The post-surgery is all about seeing, feeling and experiencing yourself properly healing. The mind can't tell the different between what's real or imagined! I believe Spiritual Hypnotherapy is about integrating your light AND your dark.
Being courageous enough to face your darkness, rather than suppressing it and casting even larger illusions.
So what is darkness? To me, it is all the lower levels of consciousness, things like: shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, desire, anger and pride.
And what is light? All the higher levels of consciousness, things like: courage, willingness, acceptance, reason, love, joy and bliss.
We must honor our darkness and thank it for everything it taught us. Embracing our darkness in this way is was gives us the courage to then show up fully in our light.
Spiritual Hypnotherapy can also include seeing, sensing, speaking to or experiencing your Spiritual Self — asking it for words of wisdom, gifts, tools or objects to help you in your journey. This part of you can also be considered your Higher Self, Future Self, Quantum Self or the Wise One Within.
