Greetings! You are welcome! My name is Tamara. I am an educated healer who has spent years working to understand the power of the mind and the body’s innate ability to heal itself via medical courses and continuing education. Taking the passion and knowledge I have for muscle manipulation, the body systems, Ayurvedic therapies and how healing herbs and oils are; coupling it together with the knowledge that I have gained about energy work I have created a practice that is unique to each person's needs.
