I've been working with Jae and Corey for the past 6 months and they have helped me in ways that "traditional" body workers have not been able to. Their attention to detail, their expertise in understanding my neurochemistry and their ability to communicate are exceptional. Whether you are overcoming joint pain/stiffness, muscle aches and pains or simply looking to train to the next level, this is a NO BRAINER.
High 5 for the Flex-barbell lifting group training by Anthony and Jae. Thanks to the small size, I get all the attention I need. The design of the class is to exercise effectively and smart, but don’t hurt yourself. I learned new exercise tips each time. For me, this class provides the great ROI of my time to stay healthy and fit. And I like their cute dog.
