I help people heal from symptoms of trauma by using EMDR. I specialize in helping people who have experienced traumatic events get their lives back. My specific niche is helping with acute or single event adult trauma, not complicated by grief. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and am currently doing trauma coaching to help you learn the techniques you need to help regulate and heal. I am not doing 1:1 therapy, rather coaching you and teaching you the EMDR based techniques you need for life-you will learn the protocols you need to regulate and heal yourself through life, with my guidance.

I am a licensed professional counselor and specialize in EMDR therapy (M.Ed., LPC, LCDC, EMDRIA Approved Consultant). I have over 15 years of experience as a therapist. My mission in life is to help people heal from the often devastating effects of trauma. The tools and techniques I have in my toolbox can truly change peoples lives in such a profound way, I feel the need to share this gift with the world. EMDR has truly changed my life and the lives of my clients in such incredible ways, it it so important to be to share this with people and help them get their lives back.
