About me
I believe that life is a school. The challenges, trials, tribulations, and valleys are the homework, and how we respond to what's happening is the classroom.
As children, we are fresh in this school, and more often than we recognize, what challenges we experience translate as trauma.
Like many of you, as a child I experienced betrayal, abandonment, rejection, disappointment, unmet needs, feeling unheard & unseen, repressed emotions, conditioning, programming, and making up the story one moment after another.
