About me

Gianna was born and raised in Sydney, Australia and unknowingly began her incredible journey into healing and transformation when she moved to the United States in 2009.

After Yoga Teacher Training in 2012, this opened more doors into the world of the healing arts, and she was formally trained in, Sound Healing Therapy, Reiki, Somatic Healing, Meditation and Breath work.

Shortly thereafter Gianna dedicated her life to studying and embodying the powerful and beautiful deep inner child work - healing the repetitive patterns that no longer served her and breaking free of her old stories.
