About me
My passion is cultivating and developing individuals personally and professionally, helping them achieve their goals. I have 18 years of work experience, and I’ve developed key skills in teaching, coaching, and leadership that I combine with my personal life experience and psychological training (Psychology-Life Coaching Degree in Fall 2023).
I am a husband and dad (foster, adoptive, and biological) and have trauma-informed parenting experience through the Seneca Program. I have also conducted group coaching with a holistic wellness course I created.
