Having a master's in Somatic Counseling Psychology has given me a deep understanding of our human tendencies and complexities. Not only is there a deeper understanding and compassion for all of us, but there is a great knowing that somatic techniques put you on the leading edge of healing your life holistically, mind-body-soul.
I believe in the power of applying several modalities as a well-rounded way for you to understand yourself and the life you have created, so far. Those modalities include: Body Dialogue, Guided Meditation, Shadow Work, Chakra Balancing, and Sound Healing.
