About me
I am a practicing Trauma Surgeon, Critical Care Doctor, and Integrative Medicine Specialist. I founded Pana Health because I love to practice integrative and holistic medicine and believe that there is a need for this type of care. At Pana Health, the full range of health is assessed: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. This holistic approach to health treats the whole patient, not just the symptoms and disease. After four years of medical school and eight years of training in Trauma Surgery, I experienced severe physician burnout and suffered mentally, emotionally, and physically.
