If you want a coach that is ready and willing to help, support and cheer you on through your health journey, then Jenn is the coach for you. She is sweet, caring, honest, attentive and really holds your best interest at upmost importance. My main goals were to learn which foods were better for my body, lessen my daily migraines/headaches and incorporate essential oils into my routine to help my body heal naturally. During my sessions, Jenn taught me how to create a "powerhouse breakfast" that left me full for the morning. Just changing that one meal to foods that benefited my body, kick started my day for the better. I had no longer had headaches and my energy levels were high. No mid morning sugar or coffee crashes. Throughout these sessions, I can honestly say that I achieved each of those goals. Slowly but surely, they all came together. The best part about it, is that I didn't even notice that I had started doing it! It all happened so naturally and I was feeling great. Please give yourself the opportunity to work with her. Truly wonderful things will come out of it.
I participated in Jenn Groff’s program “Be Still!“ I learned the importance of creating space for my personal needs. I become discouraged when I am tired so needed to learn to be intentional and create opportunity to be refreshed! Just hearing her voice in the guided meditations is a big win! Working with Jenn Groff over the past few months has been an experience that has far exceeded my expectations. As an artist who has also been dealing with some health challenges, I was looking for some coaching that would help me structure my life in a way that allowed me to reach my goals but that would also work for my life and it’s current limitations. Jenn was sensitive to my individual needs while still providing the push and motivation I was looking for. We were able to process through some of the mental blocks I was experiencing and find ways to adjust for positive growth; and while I felt like I certainly got some of the to-do list checked off that we set as my original goals for this program, I felt like the biggest breakthough happened in shifting my thought process from a “power through” mentality to a more incremental, holistic, and long lasting process of personal progress. I would recommend Jenn to anyone, but particularly to those who are looking to do real inner work toward positive shifts in your approach to goal setting and goal achieving!

My Philosophy of Care

I believe there are a lot of things distracting most of us from what is most important in life. I hope to help you turn down the volume of the noise that is all around you and tune in to yourself, to God, and to what is truly most important. I believe that our habits shape our life, so helping you create healthy habits (in baby steps!) is the way I approach coaching.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

I offer a complimentary 30-minute meet and greet session for all new clients. When we first connect, my goal is to listen to what you hope to accomplish. It is important to me (and obviously to you!) that we are well matched. If we are, we can discuss plans to move forward. If my services are not the best fit for your needs, I will let you know that as well.

My Inspiration

After a difficult birth with my son in 2009 I was overwhelmed and emotionally, physically and spiritually exhausted. I started counseling and began to get my footing again. And for the first time I started to become more in tune with who I was and what I really wanted. I was able to recognize lies and limiting beliefs I had about God and myself. Out of gratitude from my experience I became a coach. I feel so honored to walk alongside others as they navigate their journeys!
