About me
I got started on the natural health journey for my personal health. I was a sensitive and unhealthy child and by college was very sick and not very functional. In desperation I turned to natural medicine and started to get well! The journey has exceeded my wildest dreams, as I am a strong healthy mom of two adult children and live a great life. I enjoy helping others reap the same rewards, health is our most prized resource which is often not realized until it's too late.
