About me
I've always been a student of human behavior. It started as a coping mechanism that I have healed from and made friends with. It is now a skill set that I use to help teach others how to recognize and change unconscious behaviors and thought patterns (paradigms) that are keeping them stuck in patterns that keep repeating "same shit different day" scenarios. We have gotten so disconnected from our true selves, from each other, from Nature, and from our own innate "knowing".
