She is very knowledgeable and shares great information, tips, suggestions, recipes, etc; however keeps it simple, relatable and realistic to fit into your lifestyle. She is so encouraging/ supportive and really listens to your needs and designs a plan that is customized for you! She has helped me in so many ways really be aware of my choices for health, diet, wellness and fitness and understanding about living a well balanced life each day.

About me

I help people make amazing changes to their health through nutritional and lifestyle changes. I believe that each person has to find out which foods work best for their unique chemistry, and that ideal health is more than just changing your diet. Looking at emotional connections to food, areas that are out of balance in your life, and finding new solutions for dealing with stress, are just some of the puzzle pieces I look for when I help a client make lifestyle changes. I do not believe in dieting, and give my clients the tools they need to stay off the dieting yo-yo for good.

My Philosophy of Care

My philosophy of care is that we are all bio-individual, there is no one size fits all approach to diet and lifestyle. Your heritage, genetics, blood type, metabolism, etc. are all parts of the puzzle that make up your unique needs regarding nutrition, exercise, etc. I can help you find out what works best for you.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

Our first visit is a complimentary consultation. We will spend 50 minutes discussing your health issues, goals, and exactly how I can help. We will make sure that your goals are within my scope of practice and you will be given multiple options for how we can work together that best fits your budget, goals and schedule.

My Inspiration

In my 40's, I found myself with a newly diagnosed Type 1 diabetic daughter and my own diagnosis of stage 3 colon cancer. I wanted to know why our bodies and immune systems had failed us. I became a wellness junkie with an insatiable appetite for information and soon found myself at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Now at 50, I am in the best health of my life. I left cancer behind, along with chronic sinus infections, low energy and allergies. Now my goal is to share this knowledge with

Jennifer coached me in a 2 week health and eating program and it was the best experience. I did not just lose weight but by the end of the program I felt better and had way more energy. I gained skills to learn how to eat better after the 2 weeks. A healthy way of life instead of a fad. I thought I knew how to eat right but realized I knew generally what healthy foods to eat but didn’t understand how to put those foods together into healthy balanced meals that allowed me to feel better, lose weight and never feel hungry. Now that I am on my own eating without daily coaching I still hear her in my head about creating a healthy meal. And when I “fall off” I am able to pick right back up where she taught me for the next meal! Highly recommend Jennifer.
I really appreciate the way Jen coached me to eat better. She has helped me eat better and now I feel better!
