About me
Hi there, I'm Jen.
✨I've dedicated over three decades to health and wellness, including 20 years as a paramedic, I've witnessed the transformative power of holistic practices firsthand.
✨ My journey began in my teens, but in my late twenties, I faced significant challenges. Suicidal depression struck in 1997, followed by a diagnosis of fibromyalgia in 1998. More recently, I navigated the closure of a retail business, bankruptcy, the end of a long-term relationship, and caring for my father after a stroke. All of which triggered a midlife crisis while I was starting perimenopause.
