I am an Integrative Trauma Practitioner and interpersonal abuse survivor and advocate. I facilitate body-based healing systems that help re-train nervous systems dysregulated by trauma leaving people stuck with problems such as anxiety, depression, mystery chronic conditions, fatigue, and more.
