About me
I have always been interested in health and I LOVE food! About 7 years ago I dealt with some nagging issues that didn't make any sense to me because I was doing all the 'right' things, or so I thought! I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis and my whole world turned upside down. Everything I thought I knew about being healthy shifted significantly and I was forced to make big changes.
This journey prompted my interest in coaching because I felt so lost as I was navigating on my own.
