I offer personalized support to those coping with spiritual and sexual abuse.

About me
My experience in addiction recovery extends well beyond my formal education, as I come from a family involved in 12-step recovery for over 30 years. I am well-versed in the Al-Anon program, which focuses on co-dependency recovery and the impact of active addiction on the entire family. I believe that transparency and community foster significant freedom for individuals battling this disease within their households. Practices such as journaling, accountability, breath work, setting boundaries, and changing behavioral responses to substance misuse can transform the entire family system.
