About me
With a background in Financial Mathematics and hoping for a career in ad tech in NYC, I had no intention of becoming a teacher of the Alexander Technique. An injury on the job impacted my ability to type and "keep up with the Jones'". As I searched for help with my injury, I discovered the Alexander Technique and was amazed at both its' simplicity and effectiveness. By re-learning what it means to take time in activity, I was able to do a better job of preventing the patterns of thought and movement that reinforced my injury.
My students have diverse backgrounds and needs.
