Hello MarmaMize friends! Thank you for stopping by my page and learning more about me and the Marma Therapy sessions I offer. I'm grateful for your time and presence. I'd love to tell you a little about myself so you can get a sense of where I have been and where I am going.
Looking back, my life for the most part has been very challenging and traumatic, one filled with a lot of physical, sexual, mental, substance and emotional abuse from an early childhood into my military career as an adult.
