About me
My journey began in 2000 when I started exploring holistic healing methods following my father's suicide. I opted for natural remedies instead of prescribed medication for anxiety and panic attacks. In 2003, I discovered Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), which was life-changing for me. This inspired me to become a Hypnotherapist alongside EFT, driven to share these effective modalities with others. Since then, I've been grateful for the opportunity to support people through their challenges, believing strongly in the transformative power of my experiences.
