About me
My name is Josephine Arciaga and I have been a proud yogi for ten years. I am a Yoga instructor, energy healer, and Reiki practitioner. My teaching style is catered to what you need. I believe that everyone's practice is beautifully unique. We all come from different walks of life with different experiences and needs. Yoga and healing isn't a one size fits all kind of thing. I use this concept to personalize and customize my sessions with each student/client.
