Joyce is a fantastic coach. I believe it has been 9+years that I have known Joyce has my Health Navigator/Coach. She has been a great source of support & encouragement. Through all my trials & tribulations she has always been there for me. Anyone out there looking for help with their journey to lose weight, exercise eating clean Joyce is your person.
Joyce encouraged me to try whole 30 to reduce inflammation and lose some weight. I lost 15 lbs in the first month. It helped me to break some bad habits. -
Hey Joyce, just wanted to keep in touch. I still haven’t had any grains and it wasn’t till after the 60 day challenge was over before I noticed any real change, but the biggest thing I have noticed is I have hardly any pain. I used to wake up in the morning and have sore ankles and knees, and a lot of times after a tough workout I would walk around like a old man after sitting down for a while, but the last few weeks I have been amazed at how pain free I have been! I was assuming it was old age catching up with me, but it seems to be what I was eating. Just wanted to thank you, and let you know I was definitely starting to see some great change!

I recently did the Body Composition Analysis with Joyce. What great insight!! After learning about some of my areas of concern, Joyce gave me recommendations on how to address them.
