About me
After healing from an eating disorder in my late teens, I came to a deep realization about the importance of living in sync mind, body and spirit. I came to understand how absolutely resilient we are as an organism, and how the body and mind work together to protect us and heal us. It's been my mission and vision ever since to be the most kind and loving person I can be, first to myself and then to others naturally follows. My practice is a lot like me...down to earth, simple, not fancy, practical and real.
