I work with women who are tired of struggling around their relationship with food. I help them feel free around food so they can free up time in their life to enjoy the things they really want!
My journey to food freedom started when I was really young. I was in a long-term unhappy relationship, I was going to school full-time, and working two jobs. With all of this stress in my life, I started to notice more and more symptoms of IBS.
After going to doctors and having many tests done, and over 5 years of believing there was something wrong with me, believing that I no matter what I ate, I would experience this pain. I believed that I would live a life of restriction. I couldn't eat the things I loved because they were "inflammatory".
With this came binge eating, which started as a once in a while, but then became the norm. I would eat until I felt sick and tell myself I was starting over tomorrow, that I would be better, eat better, and that I would stop doing this to myself.
I thought about food ALL THE TIME. "I should track my macros...I don't know if I'm getting enough nutrients.....I can't eat too many carbs....What can I eat if we go out?" are a few of the thoughts that went through my mind.
After so many diets and cleanses (whole30, paleo, keto, & FODMAP to name a few), after years of feeling like I was broken, and after starting over too many times to count, I decided things had to change. This was not a happy life and the more I learned about health, the further I got from feeling healthy...
So I set out to find food freedom. I did this by learning how to eat intuitively, facing my beliefs around food, facing my beliefs around MYSELF, bringing mindfulness practices into my life, and LOTS of mindset work. Now, I support other women on this journey so that they can feel free around food and enjoy their life truly and fully AND enjoy food freely!!
Enjoy the food your family made, enjoy the dinner your partner cooked for you, enjoy your favorite meal at your favorite restaurant, ENJOY a FRIGGEN donut if you want!!
When you feel free around food, when you free up that anxiety, that worry, that overwhelm, there is so much room for so much more!! Imagine what you could do if you weren't always stressed about food...the possibilities are endless.

The first visit is a 45-60 minute video chat or phone call where we get to know each other! I like to thoroughly understand what my clients are experiencing in their lives currently, and what they would like to be experiencing instead. At the end of the call, If I feel we are a strong match, that I can help you beyond a shadow of doubt, we then discuss which program will suit you best, and schedule our next session!
If during the first visit we decide that working together isn't right, I will provide resources to assist you in taking the next steps of your journey.
Food Freedom Coaching is kind of like having a personal trainer, but for your relationship with food and inner growth! You can absolutely go to the gym and work toward those fitness goals, but a trainer helps you laser in to get towards those goals in a fraction of the time that it would take you by yourself.
As your coach, I will lovingly hold you accountable, support you when you feel like you're falling off track, and provide you with the information and action steps curated specifically for you so that you can get where you really would like to be.
