About me
At age twenty-two, I overcame injuries in a devastating car accident to make my dream of becoming a martial arts world champion come true. I have faced many challenges in life. I use those experiences as well as my extensive training in coaching to help my clients overcome obstacles in their lives. I see my clients as whole and able. I help them unlock their full potential through the use of CBC, coaching techniques and exercises. The self-help assignments done between sessions reinforce the concepts learned during the sessions.
