About me
My passion for holistic health has led to my work as a holistic life coach for moms, a pediatric sleep consultant, regression hypnotherapist, and reiki master. Living intuitively while integrating all areas of life has brought me to where I am today.
I am a mother to two energetic young boys. My own journey of motherhood allowed me to see how easy it was to lose yourself, feel disconnected with your own body, diminish the joy in life as stress overcomes you with the everyday tasks of motherhood, and the lack of self-care.
