Hello, radiant beings! I'm Katherine, and my journey to becoming your serene guide through yoga, meditation, and sound therapy is one deeply rooted in personal transformation. For years, I battled with anger that seeped into every corner of my life, turning moments that should have been filled with joy into times of frustration and discord.
