I strongly recommend the high nutrient cleanse. I emphasize "high nutrient" because that was important to me. Even with the extra nutrition, I lost a pound. I think that was because of giving up gluten, sugar and dairy, which I didn't miss one bit. I also had no cravings for chocolate or any sweets
Katherine's classes are packed full of wonderfully healthy cooking ideas. Her primary focus is on good health, not on promoting one particular point of view or diet. Her recipes and ideas can easily be incorporated into any lifestyle. And the class is fun!
