About me

For me, Reiki is difficult to explain to people because it is so expansive. I will attempt to explain with the following.

Reiki is a holistic healing technique developed in the early-twentieth-century in Japan. When translated, Reiki literally means universal life force energy.
Reiki can be done in person or remotely, and it is considered to be among the least intrusive and most relaxing of the complementary healing practices; restoring balance to body, mind, and spirit.
In my experience as a Reiki practitioner, Reiki healing meets you where you are and helps you with your own unique needs.
