Kaurina has been empowering hundreds of families as a doula and childbirth educator for 15 years, and as a life and relationship coach for 5 years. She specializes in emotional trauma healing, whether it’s childhood trauma, sexual trauma, moms with birth trauma, or any past traumatic events.
Kaurina combines several different modalities, including EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique).
