Kayla was able to get to my underlying issues regarding trust and past relationships that I didn't know I was carrying still. EPT really works! Traditional therapy didn't get my underlying/unknown feelings out. With EPT, I can understand those feelings and address them appropriately.
Using EPT, Kayla was able to help me deal with past emotions that I didn't understand or know that I was still holding on to. After releasing these patterns that were holding me back, I have noticed that my perspective has shifted. People and situations that used to irritate me no longer do and I have more patience with myself and others when old triggers arise.
