I am trauma informed in everything I do. This means I look at everything with the nervous system, body and mind and expect the presence of trauma. We process the trauma out of the body using somatic healing such as brain spotting and EMDR in positive psychology practices to help process the trauma caused by narcissistic abuse and other emotional wounds, dealing with the inner child and helping to heal and thrive. This is a very relaxing process and you can expect positive results every time. This is the thing you have been looking for and it will seem like magic. I will help you to understand this process so that you may heal anything from physical pain to emotional pain caused by the trauma that has been trapped for years. I am a trauma informed - Positive Psychology Practitioner doing Somatic healing such as Brain Spotting or EMDR I specialize in narcissistic abuse recovery, fibromyalgia management / chronic illness, codependency, and inner child healing using trauma unlocking procedures which incorporates the use of positive psychology and somatic healing practices. I use brain spotting, EMDR and Hypnotherapy to help you relieve and eliminate the pain and stressful feeling you feel due to any traumatic event.
