About me
We are in a paradigm shift away from a psychoanalytic approach to mental health, we are now approaching trauma from a psychobiological perspective, recognizing that trauma is physically embedded in the cells and tissues of our bodies. which means we can’t just understand why we are the way we are and expect resolution. . By developing our felt sense of these traumas, bringing focused attention to them, and utilizing somatic techniques, trauma resolution becomes achievable.
