About me

Located in Southern California, I serve Women by helping them with major life transitions after Trauma. If you struggle with low self-esteem we find the courage and confidence you need to tackle any roadblocks in your way. I will help you heal from within until you love and trust yourself so much that your body wont even let you move in a direction thats out of alignment, and then move further. I help women cope with triggers and learn mechanisms to help them overcome limiting beliefs and know you are worthy, beautiful and can live a life full of love and respect.
