About me
My health path began as teenager in college. With this new found freedom, I drank alcohol, partied, and took an antibiotic. The combination of these 3 took a toll on my health. Then I got in a car accident, which affected my nervous system and my whole immune system. Soon after, I discovered I had food allergies and leaky gut. I tried to regain my health over the next couple of years. Doing protocols to heal my leaky gut, allowed me to go live in Asia without worrying about my soy allergy. My health truly shifted once I got a Masters in Nutrition and became a Shamanic Healer.
