The goal of Source Intergrative Massage Therapy is to provide a safe space for healing and growth. Through somatic wellness, energy balancing and mind-body awareness we can be in balance and live in alignment.
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation.
