I'm a competitive bodybuilder who has a passion for health and fitness. I'm looking to help as many people reach their goals as I can.
I lifted weights for sports, but never took it too seriously. It was when I was in Tech School and Basic Training for the Air Force that I really found a passion in health and fitness. The curiosity turned into a passion and I began reading all that I could on the subjects of exercise and nutrition. I find myself 8 years down the road of the start of that curiosity and still wanting to learn more for both myself and my clients.
The initial consult is where I gather as much information as I can. From your goals, to past experiences, and preferences. The more information I know the better I can serve you. Once I have an understanding of what you want to achieve and have laid out the best plan moving forward I'm going to want to see how you move. Based off how you move, just like gathering the initial information. I'm able to best put an exercise program together based around your goal and how well you move.
The best in the world have coaches. We all need some level of accountability. Health and fitness goals can take time. It's good to have a plan in place to make sure the results are sustainable.
