I provide individualized functional nutrition counseling to people interested in health and nutrition. I hold a Masters Degree in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) and am a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I am firmly rooted in the food as medicine movement. I believe whole-heartedly in the power of food to nourish and heal the body, and use a science-based approach to personalize diet and lifestyle recommendations.
I am a lover of life, laughing, learning, food, people and adventure. I have seen first hand how simple dietary and lifestyle changes can prevent, reverse and support chronic health conditions.
I am experienced in the implementation of many therapeutic, multi-layered and individualized diet plans for health conditions, such as: MTHFR, cancer care, digestive disorders, autoimmune conditions, food allergies and intolerances, weight loss and overall prevention and healthy living. I partner with my clients to help find practical and enjoyable ways to achieve their health potential.
The nutritive powers of food, combined with mindfulness, have the potential to nurture us and to support us in healing. Our relationship with food is complex, woven into the very fabric of our daily lives. As a result, implementing changes in this part of our lives requires compassion and support. This is where the one-on-one counseling I offer through my program Nutritional Love comes in; listening carefully to you, helping you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice, and providing guidance as you set goals that make sense and support YOU.
