About me
You may have found me because you're struggling with mental health, physical health, nutrition, stress... the list goes on!
I was looking for someone like me a few years ago, when I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, shortly after leaving a domestically violent relationship. None of my doctors believed the trauma my body had encountered was related to my UC. I chose to think differently, and researched until I found a solution. My solution to my chronic illness was Integrative Health, which is a combination of ancient medicine techniques.
