About me
A few years ago, I felt paralyzed by my life.
I was "doing it all " but finding I wasn't enjoying it anymore. I was experiencing burnout & overwhelm & was simply not fulfilled by this life that I had (enthusiastically) built. What was I on this treadmill for? Who was I trying to impress? I felt guilty for being unhappy with my "great life".
Being "sooooo busy" is definitely not the badge of honour our society tends to imply that it is. I realized that it wasn't just me experiencing this overwhelm.
