I am actively working towards advanced certifications/training as a Holistic Doula, a Natural Health Educator as well as continuing my education in the field of massage with John F. As a Licensed Massage Therapist I was educated in Swedish, Therapeutic Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, and Prenatal Massage. Since becoming licensed I have obtained further certification in Pediatric Massage, Specialized Oncology Training, Pre/Post Surgical Massage, Reiki Level I & II, as well as the advanced certifications/training previously mentioned.
I am passionate about educating clients and empowering them to take control of their own health and well-being. I have a mindful, nurturing touch and a relaxed, professional presence that allows me to work well with a variety of clients. I have experience working in hospital settings with clients recovering from injuries, chronic pain, and is particularly focused on holistic healing. My desire to learn extends beyond healing modalities into my personal life; yoga trapeze, breathwork and others.
There is an assessment and Q & A. The focus is to find out what your needs and expectations are for the sessions as well as what frame of reference you have for the amount of bodywork you have experienced in the past.
Healing does not come from me, from within you having the opportunity to create the change you body needs to heal.
I shadowed a Physical Therapist for two years while I was in high school; after considering going to school for Physical Therapy, I decided on Massage Therapy. Afterwards I learned Naturopathy is all forms of health. Utilizing the knowledge to walk with clients through challenges.
We create the sessions that is specific to your needs.
