About me
I strive to create a safe container for healing - this is why my clients work with me for years, because of the safety I create for healing.
My priority is nervous system regulation and ensuring that you are creating an embodied template for healing. This is best done by working gently + slowly so that your body knows it is safe to resolve your trauma.
I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Somatic Attachment Therapy Practitioner, Somatic Dance Facilitator with 10 years of experience, and a student of DARe (Dynamic Attachment Repatterning experience).
