I am a Trained Reiki Master, Intuitive Life Coach, Certified E-RYT 500/YACEP yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Holistic Health Counselor, AADP. I offer healing sessions that incorporate Reiki and Intuitive Coaching, with nutritional and lifestyle guidance. Through my years of experience, I have found that healing occurs when the body is integrated, the nervous system is settled, and we have the space to untangle deep grief and emotional trauma. Coaching and reiki sessions can be done virtually or in person. Let’s journey together to unravel the grief and trauma that is imprinted and informing your way of being.
